I am getting married and have half a million in my bank. My fiancée doesn't want to do a prenup and she is $20,000k in debt. What should I do?

Get your lawyer to open a trust account before the wedding. Transfer all funds to the trust and make yourself the executor. If you have a home transfer the title to the trust as well. If your worrying about protecting yourself this is the best way. (FINANCIAL WAY OF THINKING) What I would do is, transfer $400K to the trust and I would pay off her $20,000 the day after the wedding. You are making a commitment to marry and take care of this woman for life. Don’t start your marriage off with lies or deception. Once you guys have made it to a certain point where you get over your trust issues, you can add your wife as executor of the trust that looses all rights to the trust in the event of divorce. Protecting money is easy, I hope you take the same initiative in protecting her. Marriage is work hope your ready….God Bless and best of luck
